GHI Consultancy Ltd started off as an executive search and general recruitment business. We initially provided both contract and permanent staff plus management from entry level to CEO through a partnership model with our various partners focusing on their particular specialties while covering all major industries.
Over the years 'GHI' has grown from this initial offering to a business today providing a much broader 'value add' proposition. This evolution of the business involved getting to understand our clients’ business almost as well as our clients themselves. As a result of this deeper insight we began to proactively identify both individuals and organisations who could do "the job required" in a far wider and deeper sense. For example, identifying who can help you take advantage of an opportunity or solve a particularly challenging problem. It could mean identifying someone to raise finance for a special project when your normal finance provider refuses or maybe someone with appropriate specialist knowledge and experience to restructure part or all of your business.
